As I’ve written previously, I wanted to change my routine to make it a little easier to get back in my bodybuilding over 40 groove. The routine seemed a lot more difficult than I thought it would be.

Getting in shape lifting weights has to be the best kept secret in the weight loss industry. It doesn’t require pills or potions, just some steel, gravity, and intensity. I’ve made surprising gains in strength and endurance in my eight weeks of “bodybuilding over 40.”
